Grandma's Little Helper

Judah has taken to helping with any sort of activity that takes place in the kitchen as long as it means he can climb up on or near the top of the kitchen bench. Here he is seen helping Grandma to wash up!

Christmas at Grandma & Grandad's - Part 1

Grandma and Grandad had a very different Christmas this year! Why you ask? Simply because, since arriving back in Australia, Grandma and Grandad had no:
  • Car or place to house it,
  • Lounge or dining furniture,
  • Bed to sleep on,
  • Fridge or freezer,
  • Washing machine or clothes dryer,
  • There was no TV set to be seen either
  • nor a house to live in.

But Santa came to the rescue!! Most of the presents were delivered and installed, put together or both, prior to the BIG day! Thanks Santa!

Below are some of the items that Santa left behind for Grandma and Grandad to enjoy:

A 'brand new' lounge suite, entertainment unit and TV!

A 'brand new' dining room and dining suite!

A 'brand new kitchen' equipped with new appliances!

Banjo Learns to Swim

The Scene: Dee Why Beach - toddlers pool - shallow end.

The Temperature:
a mild 25 degrees celsius; with sun shining, blue sky and slight N/E breeze blowing.

Grandma was keen to revisit her days as a Swimming Instructor ... meanwhile Banjo was more than happy to oblige!

The Outcome: a successful lesson by all accounts. Looks like this could become a daily ritual for the next few weeks!
